How an event works

1 · Open
An organizer starts from a template. Families RSVP with how many adults and kids are coming.
2 · Claim
Quantities follow the headcount. Each family claims what it will bring, and gaps stay on the list until someone takes them.
3 · Camp
Two days out the plan locks and a field copy is saved for phones. Then the fires, the AMA, trivia, and the long talk.
